The Lorain LRT 445 is a 45-ton USt lifting capacity 4 x 4 x 4 Rough Terrain crane typically equipped with two winch hoists, 26.5 X 25 tires with a powershift transmission, and a Cummins-powered engine. The base weight is approximately 90, 000 lbs. (45, 000 kg) with a 33' - 105' (10 - 32 m) telescopic boom and an optional 33' - 58' (10 - 17.7 m) two-stage jib.
This model is sometimes referred to as a Koehring LRT 445. The Lorain and Koehring product line of cranes was acquired by the Terex Corp and rebranded. While no longer in production, Terex Crane distributors offer part and service support for this model and most other Lorain crane models.
